On April 5, 2023, EOS Matrix Macedonia marked its anniversary with a unique gala evening on the occasion of 20 successful years on the Macedonian market.

Together with the Chief Executive Officer of the EOS Group, Mr. Marwin Ramcke and Mr. Carsten Tidow, member of the EOS Group Board of Directors, responsible of the Eastern Europe Region, the management of EOS in Macedonia marked the twentieth anniversary with an evening Gala and a concert by the Macedonian pianist Simon Trpcheski and the quintet " Makedonisimo".

Managing director and Chief Executive Officer of EOS Matrix in Macedonia and in EOS Kosovo

Katerina Bosevska has a Ph.D. in Economics, with strong managerial background, extensive knowledge in local business practice and business community. During her professional carrier she cooperated with many foreign companies, developed and implemented projects both with domestic and foreign partners and associates. She joined the EOS family in 01.11.2005 as CFO at EOS Matrix Macedonia.

Chief Operation Officer

Maja Koteska is part of EOS Matrix Macedonia since the founding of the company in 2003. She has acquired her rich experience in the field of debt collection trough practical knowledge and establishing of many successful collection processes at the Operations department of the company. In February 2009 she was appointed to the position of Collection Manager and at the moment she is holding the position of Chief Operation Officer - Operations & Processes. Her formal education is acquired at the Faculty of Economics at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, in the field of MBA Management.

Chief Financial Officer

Aleksandra Krajceska is part of EOS Matrix Macedonia since October 2009 when she started at the position of Financial Analyst in the Finance Department. She begun her career in the renowned Audit house KPMG Macedonia and she has 10 years’ experience as a Senior Auditor. Aleksandra Krajceska is a BA degree in Economics graduate. As part of the EOS team she is responsible for preparing financial reports as well as for financial analyses of data related to the operational business of the Company. In March 2015 she is promoted into position Chief Financial Officer.

Chief Legal Officer(CLO) & Compliance

Vlatko Vodasov has been an integral part of EOS Matrix Macedonia since 2018. He obtained his university education at the Justinianus Primus Faculty of Law in Skopje and has a certificate for passing the national bar exam. Vlatko has more than 15 years of experience in the field of receivables management. In the last 5 years, he has also become an expert in the areas of corporate governance and compliance. He has significant managerial and experience working on innovative projects. As part of the EOS team, Vlatko manages the processes of legal collection of secured and unsecured claims, As part of the EOS team, Vlatko manages the processes of legal collection of secured and unsecured claims, he holds a certificate of personal data protection officer and leads the teams for corporate governance and compliance regarding local legislation, implemented standards such as ISO Standard ISO 27701, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 and group-level policies.
