On April 5, 2023, EOS Matrix Macedonia marked its anniversary with a unique gala evening on the occasion of 20 successful years on the Macedonian market.
Together with the Chief Executive Officer of the EOS Group, Mr. Marwin Ramcke and Mr. Carsten Tidow, member of the EOS Group Board of Directors, responsible of the Eastern Europe Region, the management of EOS in Macedonia marked the twentieth anniversary with an evening Gala and a concert by the Macedonian pianist Simon Trpcheski and the quintet " Makedonisimo".
At this special event, which was held at the Macedonian Philharmonic, the attendees, including the representatives of the Ministry of Finance of North Macedonia, the ambassador of the Republic of Germany, representatives of the Council of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia and other representatives thereof, representatives of the senior management of the banks operating in the country, financial companies and associations, representatives of the media, partner companies and collaborators as well as colleagues from EOS companies in Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia, together with the employees of EOS in Macedonia had a special opportunity to reflect on 20 successful years of existence of EOS.
Speaking at the event, the CEO of EOS Macedonia and ESO Kosovo, Katerina Boshevska PhD addressed the audience: "From a company with only one service for its customers in the receivables management process, we have transformed into a technology-driven investor. Today we are a company that has invested over 9 million euros in the domestic market and has a portfolio of 76 million euros and 54 thousand cases in its database. A company that has invested almost 2 million euros in the development and implementation of data management systems and security systems for managing that data."

Managing director of EOS Matrix Macedonia and EOS Kosovo
Katerina Bosevska has a Ph.D. in Economics, with strong managerial background, extensive knowledge in local business practice and business community. During her professional carrier she cooperated with many foreign companies, developed and implemented projects both with domestic and foreign partners and associates. She joined the EOS family in 01.11.2005 as CFO at EOS Matrix Macedonia.
Head of Collection
Maja Koteska is part of EOS Matrix Macedonia since the founding of the company in 2003. She has acquired her rich experience in the field of debt collection trough practical knowledge and establishing of many successful collection processes at the Operations department of the company. In February 2009 she was appointed to the position of Collection Manager and at the moment she is holding the position of Head of Collection in the Operations department. Her formal education is acquired at the Faculty of Economics at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, in the field of MBA Management.
Head of Finance
Aleksandra Krajceska is part of EOS Matrix Macedonia since October 2009 when she started at the position of Financial Analyst in the Finance Department. She begun her career in the renowned Audit house KPMG Macedonia and she has 10 years’ experience as a Senior Auditor. Aleksandra Krajceska is a BA degree in Economics graduate. As part of the EOS team she is responsible for preparing financial reports as well as for financial analyses of data related to the operational business of the Company. In March 2015 she is promoted into position Head of finance and reporting.
